Disclosure Policy

This blog is my space, my words, my opinions and my thoughts. Although I have expertise in the way of family therapy and counselling, by no means do I claim to be the ‘expert’. I believe everyone offers their own expertise and we can all learn from each other. I am here to simply share my wisdom, knowledge and advice, with a little story about me between the lines.

I write sponsored posts and may also get asked to write reviews on products I get given. I will always state in the post whether it is sponsored and I have received money. I blog with integrity and honesty. I treat my visitors and my readers with respect. There is nothing hidden.

As a mother, I try new things, I trial new things and occasionally I will blog about these experiences. I want to share with you these experiences because I believe they add value to my blog and you the reader. I decline many offers that I believe do not tie in with my blog, my beliefs nor my readers. Again, I will always disclose what I have been paid for and what I have been given for free.

This blog is a community and space for people to share their own wisdom, thoughts and expertise. I don’t, or will I ever, accept any bullying or negative comments that is disrespectful to myself or others. I will always accept criticism and feedback. This is quite different.

And always, you can contact me on tahlia@theparentingfiles.com.au with any questions, thoughts or feedback.
