Mother’s Day is just around the corner. If you are like me, you may be a little stuck on pressie ideas with only a few days to spare. I often find that the best presents are the ones that are hand made. Hand made with love.
A rock can be a friend, an ornament for the coffee table, a paper weight, or a little something that sits in Grandma’s office, study or kitchen.

Simple paint one side with acrylic paint, wait for it to dry, then paint the other. Add some googly eyes, create a face, draw some teeth, add some pipe sticks for hair…. go wild!
And while you are at it, why not make a few extra for some new imaginative play at home…
