I am making salmon tonight. There is nothing better then that crispy skin on the salmon. Sometimes I like to do something different, while sometimes it is just a simple piece of salmon on the pan with a dash of lemon, salt and pepper.

Not tonight.

I am making something a little different.

And I have my eye on this gorgeous, tasty, and pretty easy salmon recipe. Served with a little Quinoa, roast potatoes or bok-choy … the perfect Friday night meal for my husband and I to share Shabbat over.
